玩具安全：新歐盟玩具指令協(xié)調(diào)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN71-1:2011
時(shí)間：2011-09-23 作者：admin 瀏覽：5646 [ 返回 ]2011年6月18日，歐盟委員會發(fā)布了玩具安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN71-1:2011物理與機(jī)械性能，替代了版本EN71-1:2005。 符合此安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)意味著符合于2011年7月20日生效（化學(xué)要求除外）的新玩具安全指令2009/48/EC關(guān)于機(jī)械和物理性能的要求。
On 18 Jun, 2011, European Commission published EN71-1:2011 Safety of toys-part 1: mechanical and physical properties, replacing version EN71- 1:2005. The conformity of it means presumption of conformity to New Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC concerning mechanical and physical properties,
which comes into force on 20 July 2011(except chemical requirement).
測試方面的主要變更如下:

含有纖維填充材料的軟填充玩具，其接縫需進(jìn)行70N的拉力測試，且在最大10N的力量下，接縫的任何縫隙不能插入直徑為12mm的帶有完全倒圓形末端的測試棒的前端，或者表面材料不能插入直徑為6mm的測試棒 The seams of soft-filled toys containing fibrous filling material shall be subject to a force of 70N, and it shall not be possible to insert the front part of a 12mm diameter rod with a fully radius end through any opening in the seam or cover material by 6mm rod using a maximum force of 10N |
| 膨脹材料（所有年齡段） Expanding Materials(all age groups) |
浸泡24或者48小時(shí)后，而不僅僅是72小時(shí)，膨脹材料仍不得在任何方向膨脹超過50% The expanding materials should not expand more than 50% in any direction after 24 and 48 hours soaking, not just only 72 hours |

不僅是水中玩具，所有充氣玩具都需滿足有關(guān)充氣入口阻塞物的某些要求。另外，大于1.2米的水中騎乘玩具，應(yīng)符合EN 15649-3中有關(guān)Class A設(shè)備休閑漂浮物品的適用要求 Some requirements on air inflation inlet stoppers now apply to all inflatable toys, not just aquatic toys. In addition, aquatic ride-on toys larger than 1.2m shall fulfill the applicable requirements regarding floating leisure articles, Class A devices in EN 15649-3 |
