玩具安全：美國紐約州禁止兒童護理產(chǎn)品使用三（2-氯乙基）磷酸鹽

Tris(2,3 - dibromopropyl)phosphate)的任何兒童服裝。為消除兒童通過皮膚接觸或咀嚼引致的可能的暴露風險，2011年8月1日，紐約州頒布了法案A06195 使紐約州成為美國第一個禁止兒童護理產(chǎn)品含有毒阻燃劑TRIS的州。
Early on April 8, 1977, the United States Consumer Product Safety commission banned the sale of any children's clothing containing the flame retardant chemical TRIS phosphate (TRIS, TDBPP, Tris(2,3 - dibromopropyl) phosphate). To eliminate possible exposure risks for children through skin contact or mouthing, on 1 Aug, 2011, New York State published the act A06195 and made New York as the first state to ban child care product containing the toxic TRIS flame retardant.
該法主要內(nèi)容如下:
The main points of the act are as follows：
1) 禁止在2013年12月1日以后在紐約出售含TRIS 三(2-氯乙基)磷酸鹽阻燃劑的兒童護理產(chǎn)品
Prohibit the sale of any child care product containing the flame retardant TRIS,TCEP, tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate after December 1, 2013 in New York
2) 兒童護理用品為三歲以下兒童使用的消費品，如嬰兒產(chǎn)品、玩具、汽車座椅、枕頭、床墊、折疊式嬰兒車
"Child care product" to mean a consumer product intended for use by children under three, such as baby products, toys, car seats, nursing pillows, crib mattresses and strollers
3) 建立處罰，初次違反此法律者最高1,000美元/每天，再次違反者最高2,500美元/每天的罰款
Establish a penalty of up to $1,000 per day for a first violation and up to $2,500 for a second violation
